Tevon earned a Construction Management degree from Appalachian State University and built experience in custom residential construction before moving into commercial construction management. His project background includes professional offices, data centers, high-end interiors, and other technically demanding environments.
At ELK, Tevon focuses on preconstruction, scope development, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, field execution, quality control, documentation, and owner communication.
Woody Canady
Co-owner · U.S. Navy veteran
Woody brings more than three decades of construction and business experience. His background includes roughly 20 years operating a drywall company and later broader construction leadership on major East Coast projects.
At ELK, Woody brings practical field judgment, deep trade knowledge, quality expectations, and the perspective of someone who has both performed the work and managed the business behind it.
