Project information

Any budgets, schedules, feasibility comments, or other project information provided before a written agreement are preliminary unless expressly stated otherwise. Final scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, exclusions, and payment terms are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Licensing and professional services

Construction work is undertaken only within applicable North Carolina licensing requirements. Architecture, engineering, surveying, environmental work, and other regulated professional services are performed by appropriately licensed third parties when required.

Website submissions

Submitting a website inquiry does not create a contractor-client relationship or obligate ELK to accept a project. Do not send confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information unless requested.
